PPC management
PPC Management Services That Report to Revenue
We're a PPC management company. We run Google Ads and Meta for return on ad spend, not vanity metrics, on a fixed monthly fee agreed before we start. You get a plain-language report every week, and the pages your clicks arrive at are built by our own software engineers. The account and its data stay yours.

Your Monday morning report, every week
Most agencies send a dashboard link and hope you don't open it. We send four numbers with the story behind them. Every figure traces back to your own ad account, which you own and can audit any time you like.
Return on ad spend
shown per campaign, not blended, so the winners get the next dollar
Cost per acquisition
tracked against the target we agreed, not against last month’s excuse
Wasted spend removed
search terms pruned and negatives added this week, listed one by one
Budget pacing
where the month is headed before it gets there
This is the report format. Your numbers come from your own account, not from a slide template.
PPC campaign management, the first 30 days
Everything that happens between signing and the first report you can act on, in order:
- Days 1–7
Audit & tracking truth
We read the account before touching it: search-term history, change log, conversion paths. Tracking gets tested and fixed before anything else, because every decision downstream depends on data that tells the truth.
- Days 8–14
Structure & landing pages
Campaigns reorganized around intent and margin, negatives seeded from the audit, and our engineers take the first pass at the landing pages the clicks deserve.
- Days 15–30
Data before opinions
The new structure accumulates clean data. The first search-term prunes land and the first copy test starts. Nothing gets a big swing on gut feel while the account is still learning.
- Every week after
The Monday report
Four numbers with the story behind them, a change log you can audit in your own account, and at least one concrete improvement shipped every single week.
What our PPC campaign management includes
Six disciplines, run weekly. The last one is the one almost no PPC agency can offer:
Account structure
Campaigns organized around intent and margin, not around whatever the last agency left behind. Structure is where most accounts leak first.
Keyword & negative discipline
Weekly search-term reviews, match types on purpose, and a negative list that grows every single week. Wasted spend is a choice.
Ad copy testing
Structured tests, one variable at a time. Losers get retired on schedule, even when somebody on the team is fond of them.
Landing pages by our own engineers
Your clicks land on pages built by the same software team behind our development work, with speed, forms, and tracking done properly. Most PPC agencies can only report on a bad page. We can rebuild it.
Conversion tracking you can trust
Server-informed, deduplicated, tested. If the data lies, every optimization on top of it is fiction.
Budget pacing & bid strategy
Smart bidding where it earns its keep, manual control where it doesn’t. We check pacing often enough that an overspend never arrives as news.
$2 : $1
is the average return Google itself claims businesses make on Ads. Averages are generous. Half of all accounts sit below that line, usually for structural reasons.
7.5%
is roughly the cross-industry average conversion rate for search ads. If your account runs below benchmark, the usual suspects are structure and search-term hygiene, not budget.
Two platforms, one search budget
We'd rather run two platforms properly than six for the invoice line items. Where your spend actually goes:
Google Ads
Search, Performance Max, and Shopping sit at the core of our Google Ads agency practice. Purchase intent lives here, and so does most wasted spend. Structure and search-term discipline decide which one you fund. A dedicated Google Ads page is on the way.
Facebook & Meta Ads
Meta is where demand gets created before it ever types a search. Creative testing on a schedule, audience discipline, and the tracking rigor we apply to search, run by one team and reported in the same Monday email. A dedicated page is coming.
SEO and PPC management, one team
Paid and organic search are the same auction seen from two sides. Our PPC search-term data tells the SEO practice what to write; rankings tell PPC where to stop paying for clicks the site already earns organically. Two vendors will optimize against each other. One team can optimize the whole search budget.
For agencies
White-label PPC management, fulfilled quietly
You keep the client relationship and we do the execution: campaign builds, optimization, and white-labelled reporting under your brand. A dedicated page is on the way, but talk to us now if your agency needs fulfilment this quarter.
Hiring a PPC agency, answered
What do your PPC management services include?
Everything between the budget and the revenue: account structure, keyword and negative-keyword discipline, ad copy testing, bid and budget management, conversion tracking, and landing pages built by our own engineers. You get a plain-language report every week that lists what changed, what it cost, and what it returned.
How much does PPC management cost?
A fixed monthly fee scoped to your ad spend and platform count, agreed in writing before we start. The quote you get is the one you pay. We don’t take an unexplained percentage of spend, because that model pays the agency for growing budgets rather than returns. A scoping call gets you a written number within days.
Is there a minimum ad budget to work with you?
There’s no fixed floor, but we’ll be honest on the scoping call about whether your budget can generate enough data to optimize against. If it can’t, we’d rather say so than bill you for managing statistical noise. Sometimes the right first step is a smaller, tighter campaign than the one you came in planning.
How fast will we see results from PPC?
Traffic starts the day campaigns go live. Trustworthy conversion data takes two to four weeks to build up, and efficiency compounds from there as search-term data feeds the negative list and tests conclude. Anyone promising a specific ROAS in week one is guessing with your money.
Do you work inside our ad account?
Always. The Google Ads and Meta accounts are yours, the history stays yours, and every change we make is visible in the change log. If we ever part ways, you keep everything: the account, the data, and the landing pages. Nothing gets held hostage.
Which platforms do you manage?
Google Ads is the core practice (Search, Performance Max, and Shopping), with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) as the usual second platform and Microsoft Ads where the audience fits. We add platforms when your data justifies them, not to pad the invoice.
Can you handle both SEO and PPC together?
That’s our home ground. We treat search as one system: PPC search-term data feeds SEO content decisions, and SEO rankings tell PPC where to stop paying for clicks the site already earns. One team running both usually beats two vendors optimizing against each other.
