The short version

These terms cover your use of this website. Actual client projects are governed by the written proposal and agreement we sign together, which always take precedence. Use the site fairly, do not misuse the contact form, and know that the content here is information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply between you and Redlio Labs, the trading name of Mayursinh Jadeja, sole proprietor, operating from Office no. 421, 4th Floor, Shivalik Shilp 2, Keshavbag Party Plot, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, India, GSTIN 24ANTPJ0672M1ZJ (registered at Second Floor, 12, Krishna Complex, Janta Fatak, Jamnagar, Gujarat 361006), whenever you use redliolabs.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Site content is information, not advice

We publish process descriptions, statistics, and opinions about enterprise software development. We work to keep all of it accurate and sourced, but it is general information, not engineering, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation. Decisions you make from reading this site are your own. The advice we stand behind contractually is the advice we give engaged clients.

3. Enquiries, proposals, and client work

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract or an obligation on either side.

Client engagements are governed by the written proposal, quote, or agreement for that project, including scope, price, timelines, warranties, and intellectual property terms. Where those documents and these terms differ, the project documents win.

Any prices published on this site are indicative at the date shown on the relevant page. The binding figure is always the one in your written quote.

4. What you send us stays confidential

People describe real systems and real problems in the contact form, often before any agreement exists. We treat what you send as confidential from the moment it arrives, whether or not an NDA is in place, and whether or not the conversation goes anywhere.

That means we do not publish it, share it outside the people evaluating your enquiry, or use it as an example in our marketing without asking you first. If you want an NDA signed before you say anything at all, ask and we will sign one before the first call.

The one limit: we cannot treat information as confidential if it is already public, we already had it, or a law compels us to disclose it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the contact form to send spam, malware, or unlawful content, or to impersonate someone else;
• attempt to breach, probe, or overload the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape the site to republish its content as your own. Search engines and AI assistants indexing pages for citation are welcome.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including copy, design, graphics, and the Redlio Labs name and logo, belongs to Redlio Labs. You may quote or reference it with attribution and a link. You may not pass it off as your own.

Trademarks of review platforms and clients mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. Ownership of work we build for clients is defined in each project’s agreement.

7. Reviews and testimonials

Ratings and quotes shown on this site come from verifiable third party platforms such as Clutch, or directly from clients, and link to their sources where available. Marked elisions shorten quotes without changing their meaning.

8. No warranty for the site

The site is provided as is. We aim for accuracy and high availability but do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every statistic ages perfectly. We correct what we find and date our updates.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Redlio Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability connected to client projects is addressed in the project agreement, not here.

10. Third party links

Links to external sites, including sources, platforms, and profiles, are provided for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data on this site is covered by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of this site. Client project agreements may specify their own governing law.

13. If part of these terms fails

If a court finds any clause here unenforceable, that clause is severed and the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

We may transfer these terms to a successor if the business is reorganised or acquired. Your rights under them do not change.

14. Changes

We update these terms as the site and services evolve. The date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
