UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to design enterprise web applications, from user research and wireframes through to final interfaces in Figma.
About the role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team in Ahmedabad. You will design enterprise web applications such as dashboards, ERP modules and internal platforms, working from requirements through research, wireframes and prototypes to the final interface that our engineering team builds.
Key responsibilities
- Convert client requirements and product discussions into user flows, wireframes and high fidelity designs.
- Create low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes and design mockups in Figma.
- Design and maintain design systems and reusable components to keep products consistent.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and apply the findings to the design.
- Prepare design specifications and assets, and support developers through the handoff.
- Present design decisions to clients and internal teams, and incorporate feedback.
- Review implemented screens against the design and raise any differences.
- Use AI assisted design tools where they improve the speed or quality of the output.
Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio showing both the UX process and the final screens.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants and prototyping.
- Working knowledge of Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or XD.
- Experience with user research, information architecture and usability testing.
- Experience designing complex interfaces such as dashboards, admin panels or workflow tools.
- Understanding of responsive and accessible design practices.
- Familiarity with AI powered design tools.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
Good to have
- Experience working in an agile or scrum development process.
- Experience handing designs over to teams building in React.
